Supper

Please book Supper in advance – just WhatsApp
or call us on +447749062346
(if you’re already inside the UK, WhatsApp 07 749 062 346).

Supper reservations:

Enjoy a leisurely Supper made from fresh local produce.

Many visitors advance-reserve their Supper for the night of their arrival, so they can settle in, unpack and relax into a gentle eventing after a long day’s traveling.

Last minute bookings may not be possible as we make dishes from freshly delivered ingredients, and as we may be fully-booked.

Visitors tend to accompany Supper with a selection from our wine, beer and whisky menu.

Suppers cost
£20 per person and
comprise, for example,

Potato and Leek Soup, made from leek, local potatoes and carrot, and garnished with crisped leek and garden herbs,
served with Scottish Butter, hot oven-baked Bread, Orkney-Oatcakes,
Vinaigrette Garden Salad and a Tomato Summer-Salsa,

accompanied by

either
a trio of Scotland’s cheeses comprising Caledonia Blue, Scottish Brie and a Mature Cheddar
or
a Fish-Plate comprising Scottish Smoked Salmon and a home-made, fresh Scottish Mackerel Pate.

(Our soups, cheeses, butter, salmon, mackerel-pate and vegetables are all 100% gluten free).

Bar Menu

Enjoy a relaxing drink selected from our carefully selected menus of
local-beers,
wine,
gin and
whisky
menus as well as
zero-alcohol drinks,
in the Lounge, next to the wood-burning fire.
We’re delighted to stock a range of beers by our local maker Fyne Ales.

We ask that all alcohol consumed in the ground floor Lounge and Dining rooms is supplied by our Blarcreen fine wines and drinks service.

Scottish Whisky

Whisky at Blarcreen:
We serve a small range of Scotland’s finest single malt whiskies from around the country to provide a selection of the characters of the difference territories of the country, and, of course, we are always certain to include the
famous 14 year-old Oban single malt.

Whisky in our Region:
We very highly recommend that, in advance of your visit, you book a tasting-tour at

The Oban Distillery
The Oban Distillery is renowned for its distinct quality and character;
the service, location and products are of the highest standard and we advise all our visitors to book an appointment for a tasting tour, to gain insight into the flavours of the whisky and the history of the people and places which have developed and protected The Oban Distillery since 1794.
But book early as they sell out – don’t leave it to the last minute.
